Premium version backhoe loader advantages:
1. Weichai Deutz WP4G95E221 engine (optional Dongfeng Cum mins) is selected for excavating and loading machine, which has the advantages of low noise, low fuel consumption, large power reserve and low emission.
2. The excavator loader adopts the transmission system specially produced for the excavator loader by CARRARO company in Italy. There are 2-drive and 4-drive models, both with differential locking and wet braking.
3. Dual variable system adopts imported four-speed synchronization, electro-hydraulic control forward and backward, mechanical synchronous shift.
4. The loader has a hydraulically driven clutch and a clutch release button that allows the machine to quickly shift gears according to road conditions.
5. Electro-hydraulic control forward/backward direction switch, no need to control the clutch. Due to the low operating force, the direction change is smoother, the operation cycle is faster, and the production efficiency is higher.
6. Imported drive axle specially for excavating loader, maintenance-free wet brake, greatly improving the safety and reliability of driving. With differential lock, the traction performance of the whole vehicle is greatly improved.
7. The open hydraulic system makes the operation more stable, the response more agile, and the mining control more accurate.
8. The hydraulic system adopts high efficiency gear single pump system, and the main components pump, multi-way valve and steering gear are all products of well-known domestic companies.
9. Using the first four after four gears, the maximum forward speed reaches 40 km/h or more, which can fully meet your needs. At the same time, the hydraulic hammer is configured for the user to control the oil circuit, and the user can be equipped with the hydraulic hammer at any time according to the need.
